Today was a very emotional day for little baby Amelia. From the early morning, she kept looking at her mother Anna with innocent eyes, softly crying and trying to nurse. But sadly, Anna refused to let her drink milk even once. Amelia didn’t understand why her loving mother suddenly turned strict. She followed Anna everywhere, clinging to her fur, crying softly, hoping to be comforted.
Anna, however, gently pushed her away each time. It wasn’t out of cruelty — it was because Anna believed Amelia had to start learning independence and eat solid food. Still, to baby Amelia, it felt like rejection. Her tiny face looked so sad as she lay down on the ground, whimpering in hunger and confusion. The other monkeys watched quietly, feeling pity for the little one.
As the sun went down, Amelia’s cries became weaker, but she still tried to stay close to her mother. Finally, Anna sat beside her baby and hugged her gently. Amelia calmed down a little, feeling the warmth she missed all day. Even though she didn’t get milk, she felt the love of her mother’s embrace.
It was a touching moment — a day of tears, love, and growing up. 💕
