“I Wish I Could Save You, David — My Heart Can’t Stop Crying”

My heart trembles and cries every time I see adorable little David sitting quietly, his eyes filled with sadness and confusion. He doesn’t understand why the world seems so harsh to him, why gentle care is something he only dreams about. His small hands reach out, hoping for comfort, but all I can do is watch — because I’m not allowed to help.

It’s one of the hardest things in life: to love a soul so innocent and pure, yet be powerless to protect them. I whisper softly, “I’m sorry, David… I wish I could save you.” My tears fall as he looks at me, his innocent eyes searching for warmth and kindness.

Every little movement he makes feels like a cry for love. He tries to smile, even when tired or hurt, and that tiny smile pierces through my heart like a thousand needles. I wish I could wrap him in safety, feed him, and let him rest peacefully — but all I can offer is my silent prayer.

To David, I say in my heart: “Be strong, my little one. May you find warmth, food, and love from someone who can reach you.” Life isn’t fair sometimes, but love — even from afar — can still shine.

💔 Wish you better, my dear David. You may not hear my voice, but you’ll always have my heart.
